Saatva’s lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of the mattress. This means if your mattress sags more than 1.5 inches (without an indentation from body weight on a properly supported mattress), Saatva will repair or replace it at no charge.

Foundation Requirement

Using Saatva on an improper foundation can void the warranty. Saatva requires:

  • Platform bed with slats no more than 3″ apart
  • Solid platform with ventilation
  • Saatva Foundation (purchased separately)
  • Adjustable base (all Saatva models are compatible)
  • Not acceptable: Old box spring (especially coil-type), floor directly, platform with slats over 4″ apart
