The Flurry Lux Cooling Hybrid is listed at $1,499, reduced from a $2,399 reference price, a saving of $900 or 37 percent. Diamond notes that the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price shown as the crossed-out reference price may not represent any actual or future prices at which the brand or other retailers have offered the product, so treat $2,399 as context rather than a promise. The current offer also includes free pillows with purchase. Check the current price before you buy, since the sale terms change.

Size selection runs Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and Cal King, and the feel selection is Medium or Firm. Shipping is free, and the mattress ships out in 3 to 5 business days via FedEx. The purchase includes a 120-night mattress trial, and Diamond recommends trying it for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust. Returns or exchanges are easy within the 120-night window, starting from the day the mattress arrives, and the trial terms are linked from the product page. Warranty coverage is listed at 20 years, and Diamond states its mattresses are made in the USA.

Who should not buy the Flurry Lux Cooling?

Skip this mattress if you want a soft, body-hugging feel, because Diamond offers only Medium and Firm on this model. Skip it if you need in-room delivery and old-mattress removal, since this one ships via FedEx rather than with a setup crew. Skip it if you want a trial measured in a full year, because the window here is 120 nights.

Skip it if you are shopping on a tight budget and do not need the cooling layer, since this is positioned as a luxury cooling model rather than a value option. Skip it if you want a non-hybrid build, because the type is listed as Hybrid with a coil system. And if you want a mattress with a natural, hand-tufted construction, Diamond lists that description on a different model in its lineup, not on this one.

How does it compare with the Saatva Classic?

The Saatva Classic is the alternative for a shopper who wants a different set of trade-offs: three comfort levels instead of two, a 365-night home trial instead of 120 nights, free white-glove delivery with in-room setup and old-mattress removal instead of FedEx shipping, and a lifetime warranty instead of 20 years. It is an innerspring mattress with a 3-inch Euro pillow top, a dual-coil design of over 1,000 recycled carbon steel coils in full size and up, triple-tempered for durability, and patented Lumbar Zone Technology for spinal alignment. It is CertiPUR-US certified and GREENGUARD Gold certified, and it is endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association.
